Must see, for furniture, and collectibles at local decorators haunts.

In Toronto we have three very reputable consignment shops, carrying the usual dining room sets and wonderful rarely used china. If your into up-lifting a space this is something you can look at.The deals can be surprisingly good. On my very first visit I found a sugar and creamer to match a Fitz and Floyd tea pot that I got as a wedding present. Needless to say you see things when your not looking for them.

The city decorators frequently hunt in these shops.  Happy hunting. At the same time, negotiate a deal with them to sell your stuff.
