When we travel in the US we try to shop at Publix. The store goes  all out, to make your life easier.

Yesterday, I met a lady,Victoria handing out an appetizer portions of almost a tasty meal.  It appears Publix has a chef and a large staff of people working on recipes. Victoria handed me a book size glossy page with the recipe of what I tasted.( 3 hole punched )The level these people go to please blows my mind. You can stand at the vegetables and mixed in on the shelves are the dips, the dressing, and the nuts, that go with the salad. You do not need to trek through the store finding this stuff. Yesterday I was unwrapping the shrimps and guess what, the bag the fish was put in had cooking instructions.  This is a successful shopping experience. They get my business, and for sure some others .   www.publix.com/aprons

This morning I came home from the periodontist. I was reflecting on the drive home how the experience was sooooooooo sugar coated.

Honestly it must be the person who hires the personnel or perhaps its the training they get. I have never been treated so well. These people are the ones you wish were working for you. Always "on",genuinely happy, their concern to give the customer "the best experience".

You can imagine having gum surgery you are somewhat vulnerable. These assistants, treated me with kid gloves. I was there no more than twenty minutes having stitches taken out and my name was used by three people at least 6 times.

In the waiting room where I was seated, the receptionist noticed that one of three lights was not turned on to its highest power so she came out of the cubicle and turned it on.

Then when an assistant came out to get me, I commented, " too bad I was in the middle of an article". She suggested I take home the magazine in order to finish the article. Michelle introduced herself and went into great detail as to what she was going to do. After the stitches were removed I was given two tooth brushes one for the first phase and another for normal use.  She also gave me a short lesson in the ideal way of brushing. I was also handed a box with sensedine incase my teeth was sensitive.

Truthfully, I can hardly wait to go back for the following appointment. It felt very pleasant being treated so royally.
